Mr Foolhardy slips over a banana peel. After a few steps he falls again over another banana peel. He gets up and starts walking. On seeing third banana peel he says: "Oh-My-God, now I have to fall again!!!" .... Like Foolhardy, some do love 'falling' followed by getting 'cured' reactively 'again-n-again' than taking preventive 'care'. What should the case really be?
Monozukuri is about making products (rather making great offerings of products as well as services that add value) through Hitozukuri. The latter is about involving and 'making' (rather developing) people without whom Monozukuri is nearly impossible. Implementing both Hitozukuri and Monozukuri simultaneously as integral and complimentary concepts (see book 'Stay Lean, Make Planet Green') is the essence for any improvement initiatives to be sustainable at that. It's no different for digital initiatives!

Indians are so immune to such dirty-danger-difficult conditions that they somehow manage to win over them end of the day. They get ready to tackle new ones the next day with full zeal.
Spirit of Indians never dies as they say proudly!
I took some of these picture during my evening strolls.
A ©MaiKu Poem that the picture inspired:
Dirty-Danger-Difficult, Turns Public life sham²
Authorities stay innocently calm
Footnotes
1, Kaizen means Continual Improvement Actions
2, Dirty-Danger-Difficult is the situation everyday (हर सुबह शाम²)
